Training Commitment
Meta-Coach training requires significant dedication—180 to 510+ hours of training, practice, and assessment. This depth of training far exceeds typical coaching programs (often 50-100 hours) and produces coaches with genuine mastery and professional confidence.
Training Modules
Structured learning from foundations to mastery
Module I: Coaching Essentials
24 hours of training
Foundation of Neuro-Linguistic Coaching. Master rapport building, sensory calibration, state management, and the Meta-Model of language for precision questioning.
Module II: Accessing Personal Genius
24 hours of training
Master self-reflexive consciousness through Meta-States. Learn 14 coaching patterns to eliminate excuses, resolve internal conflicts, and close the knowing-doing gap.
Module III: Coaching Mastery (ACMC)
64+ hours of training
Intensive boot camp integrating the Matrix Model, Axes of Change, Benchmarking, Self-Actualization Psychology, and Facilitation for ACMC certification.
Module IV: Professional Meta-Coach (PCMC)
48+ hours of training
Advanced certification for experienced coaches. Master pattern detection, advanced framing, transformative tasking, and high-level facilitation.
Module V: Group & Team Coaching
48+ hours of training
Extend core coaching skills to group dynamics. Transform individuals into cohesive teams through alignment, conflict resolution, and culture building.
